Well, my first order from Northerner.com came in today. USPS took a while to get it here, but it made it all in one piece.
I'm happy with it for the most part, but there's one issue I've contacted them about and I hope they rectify.
My Top 10 Portion snus box shows the contents as follows:
However, I did not receive a can of Lucky Strike Original. Instead, I received a can of Tre Ankare White Portion. Seeing the Lucky Strike can as a part of this package truly was a significant factor in deciding to purchase this. I was looking forward to trying it, and I liked the look of the can.
No where on that page does it say anything about the contents varying. If it does, I do not see it. If it's listed on some page in their site they really need to make this explicit on any page where content may vary.
This may seem quite minor to some, but when I buy something I really want to get what I pay for. If I had known there were varying contents I'd still have bought it, but Northerner should definitely resolve this. I contacted them earlier, so I'll update this post as soon as they contact me to let everyone know how they handle it.
