Northerner site trouble?

    Northerner site trouble?

    Anyone else have trouble adding items to their cart on the site lately.page not loading?Maybe it is my browsers (Safari or Firefox)??

    I placed my order on Thursday and I did not have any problems with the site. I did notice the pending points is no longer there. There may be a problem with the order status. I placed my order over 24 hours and it’s still showing “Pending”. I dropped them an e-mail to see if they did ship it out. Still awaiting an answer. My last order went out with no problems, but the order before that, took some time to process . Maybe a trend is developing? :roll:

      I do not know but I tried to add to my cart and after putting in the second item it would not load, went back later and did the same thing,so went to another site to order.Their were some snus items that I wanted to try there but was afraid to keep messing with it.

        I have the same problem alot with the site. Usually using firefox on both windows and linux. The site usually works fine until i try to put my first item in the cart. It hangs forever, but does eventually work if wait like 10 minutes. Every page hangs like that after that first item. It sucks, I have had to order from other places out of frustration. I posted a similar thread about this, but no one seems to have this issue. Now when it happens, i just open a new window and read some other stuff and wait it out. Takes a long ass time to finish an order. Does not happen all the time either.

          I placed an order from them and it's still pending. I'm thinking it's because they're waiting on more Thunder Frost though. I sent an email out today, but since it's Easter Sunday I don't expect a response until tomorrow. I'll post and see if they respond tomorrow and see what's going on about the pending points too.

            I placed an order with them last Thursday and it’s still show pending too. I also sent them an email, but no response, so I sent another today. They have communicated in the past that they ship within 24 hours of an order being placed; my order has been well beyond that. Everything I ordered was “In Stock”. Northerner has always been good about getting orders out and communicating in a timely manner. Something may be going on?

              I made the mistake of placing an order late Thursday myself forgetting that the 10th - 13th are public holidays through much of Europe. I tend to forget about most of the religious holidays since we don't get them off.

                    I got an email a little earlier saying that my order had shipped out April 9th and the Thunder would be shipped out as soon as they get another delivery from their supplier. I'm going to guess the holiday weekend was the cause for the slower response time. I do wish it would show as 'shipped' on the website, though. Not sure why it's still doing that.

                      I really don't know what do tell you about this.. I don't know if that is something that we can fix from here, it sounds like a local problem.

                      I do not know a lot about websites but I would assume that whoever put theirs together wrote it mainly for IE,and this is why Firefox and Safari have problems.

                        I just placed an order with Northener this morning using IE without a hitch.
                        I was hoping they would have Thunder Frosted in stock.
                        Oh well, next month.

                              I would use the “Contact Us” on their web site and let them know the problem you are experiencing. They will respond and help you.
