    Northerner out of everything

    Went to place an order a couple of minutes ago and it was showing none of the items I selected as in stock.
    As a test I just started picking a bunch of Snus at random to put in my cart.
    20 different items.... none in stock. Something not right here.

    Something is wrong with their site. Can't get prices to switch to US dollars, can't even get the buttons to read in English. I bet if you try in a couple of hours, things should be fixed??

      I think now that they have a US warehouse... Sweden doesn't love us any more. :cry:

        Try it again. I just put 10 random snus in my cart and every single one showed up as "expected today".

            I almost never do. In all of my orders I have done over the past several months since I came back to Northerner, almost all of them say "expected today" And sure enough, my orders are shipped later that day or the next morning.

            I am not sure what the difference between "In Stock" and "Expected today" The only time I ever have any concerns if it is red and says "In stock within 1-3 days" But I have never had a snus not shipped on time that said "expected today"

              everything I put in my cart was either 1-3 days or expected tomorrow. THe thing is, I have been trying to put the order together for 3-4 days, and it has always said that. The same things that say "expected tomorrow" has said that for at least 3 days. In the past, I have not seen that, its always been in stock or expected today or whatever the verbage is. Ordered from Buysnus last night, and the order has been sent already, all in stock.

                Now, I don't want to be a downer but this is kind of neutral. I hate to say it but I think Northerner has been trying to do way too much with their site. I'm sure that coding for all these new ideas, i.e. pending bonus points, dual country warehousing, etc. has put a strain on the website's capabilities.

                  Been trying all day to place an order. Every time I get to the final step of the checkout process, I get an error message (in swedish). I'll wait till they get it fixed. I love the new northener. - the convenience of getting my nasal snuff and snus from the same place. i'm sure it's like fugitiveinkblot said - growing pains.

                    Can't speak for the other brands, but Thunder seems to be an issue right now. I've been waiting almost two weeks for my Thunder Frosted portions. They were cool about it though and shipped the rest of my order out while they wait on the Thunder stuff.

                      I've never had a problem before. Usually what I want is in stock. Not arriving today or in the next 3 or 4 days, but in stock. This is very unusual for me.

                          I wouldn't worry, Frank has always been good about paying attention to what we are saying and responding not only here but by getting things squared away. I would bet it is a combination of setting up the american warehouse as well as the issues they faced that one weekend that snusbutiken.com was having problems incorrectly pricing their icetools and snus cans. I'm sure based on what we have all seen in the past that they will get it squared away and Frank will let us know.
