    California duty rates and procedures

I want to buy some snus from swedishsnus.com/usa but was curious about the duty rates and procedures in paying for them, since I'm thinking of using my post office box for shipping. Does anyone here have any information on that?

That's the Swedish Match website, and they only sell their own products. Ordering is the same as most sites. You can pay by credit card. No duty or tax if you ship via Swedish Post. UPS will be more expensive, and you risk paying a customs fee.

I don't even have to pay the tobacco excise tax? They had this answer in their faq that had me a bit worried because it said that any duty fees or tariffs were the responsibility of the buyer. Will most post offices accept the shipments without a hitch?

        TomorrowPerfume,

getsnus.com is owned by Swedish Match. getsnsus is in the USA so duties are not even an issue. Most everything from swedishsnus is available from getsnus.

            First, welcome to Snuson TomorrowPerfume.

You won't have any issues no matter who you buy from as long as you use regular mail. Or at least, in my two years using snus and year and a half here, I have never heard of anyone who had to pay anything if they used regular mail.
