All this talk about how yummy cope is has me wanting to run out and try some!

Quick question - sorry if it's a dumb one...

You guys using cope, any of you NOT spit? The vast majority of my snusing (all los btw, no portions for me) is at work in an office where spitting... it isn't desirable.

Is using american dip without spitting even an option? I always thought spitting was a given.

I had some cope pouches for the first time recently, as they are hard to find here. I didn't need to spit. I have used cope regular and not spit, but it wasn't that pleasant. I am thinking if you upper lipped it, it would be easier. I have some in right now, otherwise I would try it. Moving it would make a mess.

I can't use fine cut without making a mess. I enjoyed the whiskey one until suddenly it made me sick. Never had Hickory. Its actually cheaper on Northerner than at my store, so I might order some.

For the record Kayak is shit. Someone on here tried the grape, which is the first dip I used since I tried it once as a kid, and they liked it. I did too, but then I realized how bad it was.

When I use Copenhagen longcut, I place it behind the upper lip, but I push it a little futhur to the side/back. Sometimes I spit for the first few spits, the rest I swallow. I usually have an empty paper coffee cup with a lid on it from the gas station sitting around my cubicle, and I spit into that when I feel the need. Your results may vary.

Copenhagen fine or long cut is top shelf, first class American dip, always satisfies, and when I want a wintergreen it's Kodiak (the bear). Be careful w/ the bear, it will bite back. I am probably 80% snus, 20% dip.

kayak grape did indeed turn on me.

kodiak premium mint was my go to. The way the nic hits come on with kodiak is awesome, almost like being slightly drunk.

regardless, I'm going to get off of dip completely again with the help of better snus.

Copenhagen Long cut has been and probably always will be my favorite amongst all. A very classic taste that I can't get enough of.

Now if they every bring back Copenhagen Black, THAT was the king of them all. Oh the rich bourbon favor and the mid cut was my FAVORITE cut and coarseness. I still have the old tan can somewhere around here (was my first true love)

EDIT: Also enjoy RedMan Wintergreen as well. Try a can if they're around you. lil more along the lines of the Kodiak taste rather than the Skoal wintergreen taste but much more mild... and almost dirt cheap!

Thank you guys for your valuable recommendations. We will start to look for all the onces you mentioned in this thread. I tried Skoal Apple pouches  and I really liked it! Maybe it's not the real dip what you think is real dip, I guess you recommend long cut and not pouches. But I liked it, a strong apple flavour which I think some Snus lack and the nicotine buzz was good too.

I visited the Tobacco Expo Plus in New Orleans last week and got to know some dip brands I never heard of before. I will tell you later which brands it was, but they are all produced by smaller US dip companies I guess. We will contact the suppliers and ask if they can supply us. I would love to add any Americxan brand we can find. I like America after my five weeks there. I'm back in Sweden now, happy to meet my girlfriend again but can't wait to go back to the US. It's the culture and people which I think is great!

It's 3 am in Sweden but my brain is set for 9 pm in Allentown/Pennsylvania, a little bit hard to sleep

              Sincerely,

              Frank
