I have noticed a lot of the same questions popping up on the forum lately. I figured it would be good to add an F.A.Q. here to answer some of the ones that are popping up all the time. Feel free to add a question or correct any information you feel is incorrect....

1) What is the best shop online to buy snus from?
This is for the most part an opinion. Many people will argue that Northerner is the best while others will argue for getsnus, buysnus, whatever shop they stumbled across this morning. Some shops offer incentives to buy from them such as free shipping, bonus points, etc.. The best thing to do it to compare each shop and choose which one carries the brands you like, has the incentives you want, and is reputable.

2) How long will it take for my snus to arrive?
This largely depends on where you live and which shipping method you choose. Most Priority International orders from Sweden to the U.S. have been arriving in 6-11 days. If it's been 2 weeks or more, there is probably a problem. Contact the website.

3) How much will shipping be?
Depending on if you order 1 can of snus or 50 the shipping rates can vary greatly. Most sites will let you do "dummy" orders to see how much the shipping rates would be. Other sites will tell you how many more cans or weight you can add to your order before you bump to the next shipping cost.

4) Are there websites that I can avoid paying tax all together?
Apparently there are. Of course if customs gets a hold of you then it won't matter any way...

5) What if something is missing from my order?
Check the website and make sure that it was not sent in two orders. Sometimes this occurs with out of stock snus. If it is not a mistake contact the website.

Just a side note. Most problems that occur with shipping are handled swiftly. Unlike a lot of online businesses these guys don't want to lose your business and will do everything in their power to keep you happy. Just as it says on the Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy...Don't Panic!

Getsnus has been all ive gone through. Product has been fresh, and is delivered from east coast US to midwest US in 3 days for ups orders (10 cans or more) or 4 days standard mail (under 10 cans). You order one days its shipped that day or for sure the next. From buy to snuffing 3-5 days for me.

I havent has an issue yet?but people say the service is spetacular they correct asap and sometimes give extra to solve it. All orders are ahipped from the US.

Free mystery can when you get 5 cans. But if ypu get 10 cans ypu still only get one free. I like this, it gets me some i wouldnt normally try and most have worked out great.

Sont habe any negatives except selection. Thunder and ld are needed!!!

But i can wait im enjoying everything they offer now ans seam to be adding more lines often. All fresh product too. Make sure to order 50 bucks to! It will be free shipping and you can buy a free can just for that!
