Ordered my summer stash from Northerner on I think 5/19, and it arrived today via Swiss Post.

So about a week and a half, which I think is really good, considering that this past Monday was a national holiday in the U.S., and much of last week was a national holiday in Sweden.

And Sage is correct. It never does get easier. I have never ever had a problem(I had one *big* order come from BuySnus within 48 hours of submission through Swedish Post), but I know sometimes things tend to disappear in customs. So I generally start biting my nails at Day 7.

Hey nottin...I am surly not one to induce panic around here. But I think just about everyone would agree with me that after the 3 week mark you are more than entitled to send an email off inquiring about your order. I dont believe I have yet to see a Northerner order take more than 15 days. So 30 might be a bit excessive. I would say shoot them a nice email asking about your order and see what they say. I think they will agree that 4 weeks is a bit long. I wouldnt worry about the 14th one yet. You have all sorts of holidays going on there to slow the package down.

He has to deal with Canada Post and Canada Customs.

I thought that was so obvious I didn't even remark on it. Not just snus, but ANYTHING can take a month or more to make t trough customs. I have had 16 students come take out concrete classes and they have a nightmare getting stuff shied from the states

Yeah, but Canadian post/customs makes ours look like expedient geniuses. I sent a freaking paperback book to Ontario and it took over a month to arrive.

Those shipping times don't really surprise me that much.
But one thing I've noticed. Generally speaking shipping by UPS isn't recommended by most. I'd say there's an exception for the rule for shipping to Canada if you want your snus delivered within reasonable time (assuming you can afford the cost).
Generally speaking, UPS packages don't get stuck in customs, at least not for long. From my experience, shipping with UPS Express Saver takes about 3-5 days compared to Swedish Post or US First Class Mail International which takes about a month (whether customs actually inspected package or not).
