Northerner shipping logic?

Don't get me started on Northerner! I'm STILL waiting on an order that I placed on the 21st! I understand the whole Swedish holiday deal, but it supposedly shipped out last tuesday and still no snus!

When was the Swedish holiday? I'm waiting on an order from Northerner which says it was shipped out on the 20th. If there was a Swedish holiday recently, that and the Memorial Day in America would go a long way towards explaining why I haven't gotten it yet.

Sorry about your order. I did not start this thread to badmouth Northerner. I have no complaints with them at all. Just wondering if anyone could come up with a reason for them to default to the US warehouse for certain items they have in both warehouses. Oh, and it's General Loose in the order.[/quote]
Sheesh, I WISH they had done that on my last order. I always order some general to get me by as it usually gets here in three-ish days, but the last order i place, they sent it ALL from sweden... and it was free sampler week at the US warehouse.

We have now updated the system so that if you order a few cans of General but most of the brands from the Swedish warehouse - everything will be sent from Sweden. This is to ensure that no one have to pay additional shipping cost for a split order.

I'm guessing THAT'S why my stuff shipped separate...I got an e-mail from you guys today informing me of that...I was touched!
I am looking forward to whenever my next big box of goodies gets in...hopefully today, but if not I now have an emergency plan.
