    I assume you are comparing them to getsnus. When getsnus carries all the brands I can get from Northerner or Buysnus I'll reconsider. Besides I'd rather have a choice on my bonus instead of getting a "mystery can" that I may, or may not like.

      on the whole I have had a good experience with northerner but of late have been a little disappointed as they never answer my enquiries now the bonus points system needs fixing. and finally the order that took my money but did not go through.

      I ordered Dip from them last week at the same time on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning that was better shipping from the US to me in London than Fedex can do from Sweden to London.

      So I was really looking forward to having some more Dip on Tuesday morning. I am well stocked up with Snus so I have no need to worry about tobacco.

      I am probably panicking too much I am a natural worrier. It is true they have the midsommer weekend in Sweden it is entirely possible their office were on a break on friday afternoon everyone is entitled to a break.

        My next order, Getsnus doesn't carry 3 of the 4 rolls I am buying. Rather useless to me wouldn't you say????

          I'm not really loyal to any one site. I use getsnus for qickness, and northerner for the bigger selection. It just depends on what I need at the time.
          Both sites have treated me well. The way I see it, I'm using them to order snus, any bonuses they offer are just that...bonuses!

            Northerner sent me an email today suggesting the PAYEX server was at fault and my order never went through.

            I have checked my bank and no money was taken.

            So I was worrying for no reason as per usual. I need to chill out a bit.

            They have also fixed my bonus points.

            All is well.

              Looks like Northerner got my bonus points straightened out again.

              Got a nice email from them telling me that even though I spent 100 point in my last order I was charged 800... :?:

              I just checked and my points have been restored.

                They fixed my bonus points today yahoo.

                I am now saving them for a General T-Shirt.
