I received the General sampler in my last order, as well....I think it's kinda cool. I'd pass it along to a friend, but they'd just try one, bitch about how nasty it is/how much it burns, and throw the rest away. I'll probably just keep it in my car in case of an emergency.

If you phone in the order and go over the weight or dollar limit you can still get it sent USPS.

I got an order of 40+ cans 80% of which was a combination of sterks and extra sterks. Inexplicably my mystery can was general mini mint. I am not sure what to do with it. Maybe next halloween i will give it out when trick or treating. (I know people are cool here, but I still feel obligated to specify that this was a joke).

Yeah, a reliable 3 days UPS vs a reliable 2 days USPS, what an awesome little nit to pick. Beats the pants off imports, if getsnus actually carries your brands.

For mystery cans, I've never received a 'value' brand, even when my order is heavy on V2 products. Last order, I got General Mini Mint, little hamster pillows, plus a bonus foil pack General Sampler.

I then told the chick on the phone never to send me offroad. At least she was frank and told me they can't control what can I get. So I get the next mystery can. . . OFFROAD LONG CUT MINT. feh. Can't win.

Getsnus doesn't ship any non-Swedish Match brand out as a mystery can. They never have, and likely never will. (Except for Oden's, which didn't start until this week). There's a five page thread over there at the Getsnus forums, and you'll find that of the hundred mystery cans that people have chimed in with, not one have been anything but SM brands.

And to say that you got not one but TWO mystery cans of Offroad (and the second one being a brand that Offroad doesn't even ****ing manufacture) makes you even more suspect. I can't comment on whether or not someone was rude to you over the phone, but I know that after I placed a call about receiving a bunch of Mini Mint over and over again as a mystery can, not only did the woman tell me that I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore, but she was ****ing NICE about it. Not only that, but I never received another can of Mini Mint again, only the brands that the customer service rep added as a PREFERENCE on my customer info file.

I doubt you ever even ordered anything from getsnus. It sounds like you're just here to talk shit.
