Or you could just book it directly - it's only about £1,000 for a couple of nights. Then you need flights from the US and you are sorted. And will have plenty of money left for snus ....and no need to buy an industrial walk-in fridge :-)Comment

True, though the American dollar is such shit right now..what's the ratio? When I went to Europe it was 2dollars:1Uk pound, 1.5dollars:1Euro. I'll bet it's worse now
