I placed an order at smartsmoker.com on the 20th for some Discreet snus. It hasn't even shipped yet... but it also hasn't billed yet, even though I have a receipt.

Anyone ever order through them?
Is this normal?

man, it's a posting from 2007, i don't want to panic ya. i haven't bought from 'em myself. looks like the people complaining are complaining about taxes. :?
