I am not an expert in trademark law, but don't see how either will lose this. All they were doing was shipping a product that is legal in Sweden to the states. Reynolds sold the international naming rights, doesn't mean they can put up a legal wall to stop those products ever showing up here. Now getsnus, based here in the states selling it, maybe.

I agree to a point. It did serve it's purpose of getting some people's foot in the door of the world of snus. I like the can shape too. Fits in the leg 'pocket' of my carpenter jeans better. 8)

While I agree with the sentiments of the picture, I really hate those Calvin pictures. Bill Watterson never gave permission for any merchandise of Calvin And Hobbes. Copyright Infringement indeed! What's sad is most people these days don't even know who that kid is urinating on everything.
