Shipping and taxes in Baltic countries?

I´m living in Estonia,its quite near to sweeden.
I´m trying to to my first online order,but unfortunally i couldn´t.
at first i tried snusexpress.com,put they said: "Sorry, we don`t have shipping options available for you!" :roll:
then some other sites,i found quite interesting prices,like 3-4euros each.And shipping allso quite expensive.
Can someone reccomend me some good site where can i get my snus with good price? 8)

Import restrictions to Estonia!

According to Estonian law you are not allowed to import more than 1kg of snus at the time. Please keep that in mind when you place an order to Estonia.

well,according to estonian law,is allowed to import 1kg,it is about 40 items if portion snus.
but still northener does not have any solutions to import here
and this estonian forum does not have any good information also.. :?
