The Northener....is this a new fee?

As a resident in Denmark I would order a few can from The Northener in Sweden today. After having picked out a few items, the final amount was suddently added with 10% tobacco VAT (whatever that is) and finally 25% EU VAT.

I might be incorrect, but I don't think that was the case last time I use The Northener - and if The Northener isn't registered in Denmark, I don't understand the 25% EU VAT!

Can someone please bring me up to speed?

Is it cheaper to buy it in the UK?

I did some research for you - I've just checked with Northerner.
I'm in the UK and I pay tobacco tax and EU sales tax. I'm not certain but I think that's always been the case.

Denmark is in the EU right? and you are ordering from another EU country.

All the taxes are paid in the EU country you order from = Sweden.

Swedish tobacco tax is so much per gram of snus and Swedish moms is 25% (VAT)

Sweden has 2? rates of moms a reduced rate 15%? and the general rate 25%

So, same price from Sweden to anywhere in the EU. About 6$ for a can of los.

det er bare fordi at priserne på northner er rene netto priser dvs det er prisen uden skat og moms.

prisen alt incl er nogenlunde den samme som ex buysnus der er prisen bare incl moms og skat hvis du starter med at lave en konto regner den ndet selv ud med det samme

jeg handler mest små ordre med buysnus mest fordi de sender med almindelig post og der er god betjæning husk at bestille i svenske kroner det er for det meste det billigste

ved flere ruller er portoen billigre ved northner som også gir go service
