The shipping should show up(or not) on the order form when you check out. I ordered this morning, and had free shipping on my order.

I can't imagine what might have happened. Its possible that they may have made a mistake in the terms of their sale by not having, say a minium order or the free shipping only applies to one order between the dates specified. But to change the rules and not post anything on their website is just not good business. [btw I never got a reply to my email concerning this issue]. Now I'm sure that there were probably people that only placed orders for 1 or 2 tins and probably did it 5 times to get the free tin but that would be Northerners fault for not putting rules on the offer. I made 3 orders, 1 every other day, but my orders were for 4, 5 and 7 tins of snus that I have never tried. Its like, after I made the first order I decided to go ahead and try some more new snus, then again a few days later I decided I might as well go ahead and get all the snus that I never tried and be done with it. Well those orders went thru fine. After searching the entire website I found 3 additional snus that I wanted to sample and when I tried to place the order the free shipping option wasn't listed anymore.
Anyway, I'm glad I ordered more of my candy.
I certainly hope that Northerner posts an explaination for what happened for the folks at SnusOn.
On another note. Congratulations Northerner for 10 good years. And thanks for the free shipping, free tin and the chance to win 450 tins.

I finally got some response this morning, so I guess I'll see where that goes. I got one response from Aina from Northerner Customer Support as a PM here, to which I replied and haven't heard any further as of yet, but I can be a little patient and see what happens. The other response I got was to my emails. I got the same basic "if it was under 2kg, the USPS shipping should be there" response, and they told me that they don't know why my preorder for the Merry Christmas snus was cancelled and I would have to reorder it if I still wanted it, and not a word on the fact that it was cancelled but they kept my money. I asked Aina about it in my response to the PM here, so I'll wait to hear back on that first before I start getting really upset. I'm glad I at least got some response though, and I really hope this whole mess gets straightened out. I still can't get USPS shipping from their US warehouse, and I don't think I should have to reorder something that I didn't cancel in the first place. I'm already taking a loss on that one since I never got my money back, I shouldn't have to pay for it again plus shipping this time around. In any case, I'm still not entirely happy, but I guess I'll have to wait and see how this pans out. Whether or not I will continue shopping with Northerner depends entirely on how they handle this in the end.
