Yes. My order was listed as shipping from Sweden's warehouse via Swedish post or whatever that free shipping choice was called. No biggie, I just received my latest GetSnus order 2 1/2 days later which will tied me over until Northerner's arrival. Actually the only reason I placed this order was to take advantage of the free shipping as I'm still a snusnewb and GetSnus has plenty of brands for me to test out yet.

My order is showing as being pended on 10/28. How long does it normally take for them to process an order? I know you guys said I would get it in a couple of weeks but was curious as to how long it takes for it to change the steps in the order status. Would the fact that I had a can of the Gotländskt Julesnus loose and portions in my order be what's causing the delay? When I placed the order, it said something about 1-3 days beside those two.

Northerner has confirmed that N&J Black goes out with every order from the Sweden warehouse.

US orders (shipped from the US warehouse) get General.

The add on also will not show up in your cart, but will ship with all orders.

I suppose you could. On the other hand, that's a tenfold increase in your chances of an order getting lost in the mail, or ending up having to pay duties.

When I preordered some things on two seperate orders, I paid now, and was not charged shipping. I don't know if the bonus can will be included on later shipping though.

So I tried to put in one last order of Snus from Northerner this morning, and I still can't get anything shipped from the US warehouse with the free shipping. I was going to order a puch of each of the Discreet. Order total $4.95. These are the only shipping options I get:

No USPS choice, no free shipping. Thinking that maybe there was some artificial limit or somesuch on the size of the order for it to be shipped USPS, I even tried a smaller order, and a larger order, etc. No luck. Even if I were to order just one pouch of Discreet, my choice is a minimum of $7.00 to get it shipped to me. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything from Northerner's US warehouse. I guess I'll just order it from GetSnus instead. I still have to pay shipping, but at least it's not a $7+ minimum.

I noticed the same problem. It worked earlier this week. Worth shooting them an email.

I placed an order on monday from the US warehouse, received it on wensday with a free tin of General and free shipping. I placed an order on thursday [all snus from the swiss warehouse] I got free shipping and should get a free tin. Today I tried to place another single order for more snus, some from the US and some from the swiss warehouses. The snus from the swiss warehouse was free delivery the snus from the US warehouse had a shipping charge. So I went ahead and ordered only from the swill warehouse so I could get the free shipping. I sent them an email about the shipping charge for orders from the US warehouse. When I get an answer I will post it here.

Notice; If you want free shipping from the swedish warehouse you might want to place your order Sunday by 5:59 pm. After that, the time differance might cut off the free shipping for orders from the swiss warehouse. I'm not sure of this but there is a chance. Sweden is 6 hours ahead of Chicago time.
