Received my order today from ordering during the promotion and I did not receive my FREE can and also was charged the $7... something for shipping.
At the time I thought the charge would just be taken off once shipped but I was wrong.
I filled out the form on the contact us link to voice a complaint.
Is that the best place to contact them?
For the most part I have never had any real problems with northerner but to throw up a promotion and not honor it, if that is what is going on is very bad practice.
I'd say that would probably be the first place to try. Give it a day or two for a response though. As I learned, impatience gets you nowhere (unless you like being picked on by sage and PP for overreacting). ops:

Response came and my FREE can is on it's way!
They did however state that I picked the 7 dollar UPS option and not the free checkout option. That is true but it was hard to pick a FREE option when it did not exist at the time on the US warehouse page.
So, does anyone know when they're going to announce the winner of the 450 cans? The original announcement said the 2nd, but it's well past that and I haven't seen anything yet.
