did northerner forget your N&J black?

just curious how many people didnt get it, seems like quite a few have been saying that. i didnt get mine, but to be fair they did have an insane week of orders. but they are apparently sending me a free gotland julesnus, for some feedback i dont remember giving them. must have been a long time ago.

I got mine for the stuff that shipped during the sale, but stuff that was preordered or delayed shipping I didn't come with any.

I hate to keep making the same annoying correction, but as most of you are in the USA I believe it would be a can of general not nick and johnny.

If it was to be shipped from Sweden then it was suppose to be Nick&Johnny, US warehouse was General. Mine were from Sweden, either way I didn't recieve what they promised.

Thanks for the welcome sage. And I did e-mail them about the problem. I hope they fix this for all of us. I feel a deal is a deal. Free or not. But, I would still order from them.

I have been using Northerner for almost 3 years, I have been here for 2 years. Northerner has NEVER failed to fix a problem. Frank from Northerner participates here when he can, he will see these posts and make sure it is fixed. again, he simply always has, so I have zero reason to believe it will ever be different.

Placed three orders, got three free cans of N&J Black. First order was placed 1st day of sale, last two orders were placed minutes apart on the last day. Wasn't really expecting the third can, but I forgot something on my second order, and since Northener doesn't let you edit orders, it made since for me to just go ahead and place a third order since there wouldn't be an additional shipping charge.

I didn't get my free N&J can, so I emailed a few days ago and I have to say I'm very impressed with the service and quick response. I'm certain you will all get your problem sorted if you email.
