    WTF, Yes, Northerner screwed up. Yes, Northerner has acknowledged that they screwed up in e-mails with folks who took the time to write them. Yes, Northerner has said that they would fix it.

    What the fu** is your problem Grim. How dare you accuse Northerner of false advertising. Give them a freakin chance to fix it first.

      I agree Sage, Its not something to go off making a huge issue about, when they have not had a chance to fix it themselves.

      Give northerner a break.. People make mistakes.

        I agree as well. Northerner should be allowed the time and chance to fix the problem, and in private. Airing your problem on a public forum without giving them a chance is inexcusable.

          This use to be an open forum and seems now everyone given MOD status is ****ing full of themselves they just blow up.

          Same with you SAGE, all you do now is blast ppl on here.

            I stand by exactly what I posted. You accused Northerner of false advertising, Northerner who has participated here with us for years. Other folks had already posted that Northerner was aware of the problem, and fixing, and yet you still accused them.

            I don't give a fu** what you think of me. But I will always come down hard when people post temper tantrums, especially when the company in question is already trying to fix the problem

            BTW, notice the other posters agreed with me?

            And you make yourself look even more foolish when you say ALL I do here is blast people. You are forgetting the thousands of newbies I have kindly and patiently helped in two years. How many newbies have YOU welcomed? How many people have YOU helped? How many people have YOU sent snus to help them get going?

              Grim...I haven't seen Sage blast ANYONE on this forum. He has helped all newbies here to get a start with snus. He has helped me tremendously, and I was having a terrible time....I haven't seen you help anyone here!

                    Must be a shortage of snus - lots of anger on here tonight. You know that your both right. Northerner did screw up and probably underestimated the demand but they should be given a chance to fix the problem as well. I still have not received my order from 11/1/2009 but when I emailed Northerner about it they emailed me back within 24 hours and let me know that they would reship the order. I have dealt with a lot of online retailers that basically say its not our problem after it's been mailed so perhaps Northerner should be given a chance at least. Now, the snus community is very small and with crap like the PACT act and lots of misinformation in general about snus out there, we have to stick together. Is this really worth fighting about? I have seen both of you help people out and make great contributions to this forum. Lets not have any bad blood here.

                      But, I agree. Northerner is very active here, and fixes EVERY problem I've ever seen anyone run into with them. Even sends handwritten notes sometimes, I mean THAT is impressive.

                      Give a retailer a chance to respond or fix the problem before anyone says anything negative about them on here. I don't think it's good to blast someone with an excellent reputation like they have for fixing any mess up they have. They've done it for me, and I'm sure many others have seen the same thing.

                          No anger on my part. But I will absolutely step in when someone attacks a vendor unfairly. I have no favorites, I have done it for every vendor out there at one time or another. It is too easy for people to hide behind a screen and post sh** on the net. that is not something that is ever tolerated on Snuson.

                          I had hoped the original poster would see the error in his ways and apologize for his temper tantrum. Instead, he chose to attack me personally. I don't care, his attacks make him look the fool. But I will always respond and defend myself when I am attacked untruthfully

                            i dont know, i see where grims coming from. sure northerner will send you a free can if you complain, but why should a dozen or so of us have to complain? thats a lot of mistakes made, man. but also i know northerner got hella slammed with orders that week. at least they didnt like, lose my preorder or something like that, that wouldve been a big deal. all in all, sure, email northerner and you will in all likeliness get a free can. Still its slightly disappointing waiting on an order just to find it didnt include your freebie.

                              I don't think that's fair comment.

                              Myself, LX and PP (the mod panel here) do sometimes have to make some tough calls about posts to keep things running smoothly but I've never seen any of us 'blow up' at members, that wouldn't be right.
