Hi, you said that a post that you made is gone. I'm a mod and I didn't remove it, I don't think I even saw it to begin with. Anyway, I believe you walk a fine line here as far as spamming goes with your internet store. Might I suggest that you post your sales etc on the thread link posted below. I believe that if you can keep it contained to that thread you can announce whatever you want. This is soley my opinion tho. If any of the other mods or members have anything to add please do.

Just trying to give this member a place to advertize sales and such where it won't distract from the site. Good luck

I'm more tolerant of shop promotion if the owner participates here in some capacity other than promoting his store, which you do. As was said, it's a fine line, and a judgment call on the individual, but you're doing ok as far as my standards go.

I'd also suggest having an expired snus category on your site. I try to keep my eyes open for exceptional deals, and I post them here when I find them. That way I could do the spamming for you :^P :^D

I know I can't sell food if it's expired, i'm sure snus is the same way....

And I post information when I find it as well, 99% of which comes from emails the stores send out. Jon - if you aren't doing this yet, I'd suggest sending out a monthly newsletter with your specials/promotions. It's a really useful tool.

That /may/ apply in Sweden, but it wouldn't here. Tobacco isn't regulated as a food here, so expired snus is on the same ground as expired lumber :^D

I hope I don't annoy anyone by how many times I've posted that, but really I use some pretty old snus and don't throw it out even if I quit using tobacco for a year, I have never gotten sick and never met a portion that didn't moisten back up within 10 minutes of being under my lip. Just my personal opinion, if you throw out snus you're probably just being picky.

Not so on topic but I think it is a helpful post for newcomers, and good luck to clubsnus on this sale, wouldn't doubt if it's sold out already though.

I use "expiration date" as a generic term, whether I'm talking about milk, or canned goods. If it has any future date stamped on it, it gets called an expiration date by me. I leave it up to the individual listener's common sense to figure out which is an "expiration", and which is a "best buy".

Expired Snus Sale

I do not have that section on my site yet. Because of development issues with my site it will be something for the future. I like to use the forum for this because it will be very infrequently. But when I do have it I will be letting everyone know. Thanks for the support

Snus Sale...Update #3

Mr. Snuffleupagus was correct there are only 26 cans left of the General Los and 30 cans of the General Wintergreen white left. Let me know who wants them and I will send them out immediately.

As bonus I will also throw in 3 cans of extra snus into the order to sweeten the deal.
