Wow! Props to ClubSnus!

Well this thread has gotten out of control. I think this needs to be posted on another website. Ha Ha. I wanted to thank you all for the support and keep the positive and CLEAN comments coming our way.

I would recommend that you keep the snus in the mouth and not in other areas. Just a thought. I keep thinking of the burn and how uncomfortable it would be any other place.

Once again Jon has been there for me. Just placed my second order and it should be here by the end of the week. Clubsnus is great.

More props to clubsnus....

After I placed my order I got this reply from clubsnus staff:

"Hello,

Because of the holidays and many delays in shipping we are currently waiting on the shipment for which I can fill your order. I am out of some of the General and should have it in the next day or two. I just wanted to let you know so that you are not wondering where your order is. I will have it sent out first thing upon arrival of my stock. I will make up for the delay, by including a couple free cans of the favorites I see that you have ordered. Sorry for the delay and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your business."

I'm not upset at all that the order may be delayed. In fact, I think this is very good customer service (especially the part about throwing in a couple extra cans).

Just thought I would spread the word on this forum that I was happy with the service at ClubSnus.

Club Snus is very generous, nad has excellent customer service. I think by this time next year, Jonathon will be as big as Getsnus.

I'll throw in on the praise wagon also. I ordered new years eve, and got the order today. Pretty good for clearing the entire USA.

I had 1 problem; one of the tin's lids was broken. It got hit sometime during shipping. Not a big deal, and it wasn't Jonathon's fault. This is the first time it's happened to me, but I've heard of it from others from all the other snus vendors. I blame Swedish Match. If they used proper tin lids on the snus, this would never happen :^D In any case, I have plenty of spare lids, so all is well. The snus was still in decent shape.
