I have to also throw some praise Jonathan's way.
Last week (28Dec09) I ordered from Northerner 5 cans of Thunder Frost, 1 Thunder Berry and 1 General sterk all of which was listed at that time as in stock. I was told via the website that it would all be shipped out of the U.S. factory. Here it is now on 04Jan10 and my order is still listed as pending even though they accepted payment back on 29Dec09. All of these products are also losted as in stock still. I've sent an E-Mail to inquire about the order which has yet to be answered. Horrible customer relations in my opinion.
This morning out of desperation, since I am down to my last tin now of Snus, I placed a small order with Jonathan and clubsnus for 5 cans of Thunder Frosted. I immediately recieved an e-mail from Jonathan which explained to me that he was sorry, but he was out of stock at the moment with the Frosted. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait it out saying that he would throw a couple cans my way for the trouble.
I'm not looking for anything free, but I asked if he could send 1 can of General Extra Sterk, and then just 4 cans of the Frosted when they came in, that way I'd have some snus to hold me over.
That type of communication has won me over, and I will be certain to give Jonathan all of my future business.
