    I have to also throw some praise Jonathan's way.

    Last week (28Dec09) I ordered from Northerner 5 cans of Thunder Frost, 1 Thunder Berry and 1 General sterk all of which was listed at that time as in stock. I was told via the website that it would all be shipped out of the U.S. factory. Here it is now on 04Jan10 and my order is still listed as pending even though they accepted payment back on 29Dec09. All of these products are also losted as in stock still. I've sent an E-Mail to inquire about the order which has yet to be answered. Horrible customer relations in my opinion.

    This morning out of desperation, since I am down to my last tin now of Snus, I placed a small order with Jonathan and clubsnus for 5 cans of Thunder Frosted. I immediately recieved an e-mail from Jonathan which explained to me that he was sorry, but he was out of stock at the moment with the Frosted. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait it out saying that he would throw a couple cans my way for the trouble.

    I'm not looking for anything free, but I asked if he could send 1 can of General Extra Sterk, and then just 4 cans of the Frosted when they came in, that way I'd have some snus to hold me over.

    That type of communication has won me over, and I will be certain to give Jonathan all of my future business.

      I ordered from Clubsnus a few days before christmas.. Got in in 2-3 days and was in perfect shape.

      Will be ordering more from Clubsnus in the future

        I'll do a review later but for now I'll just say clubsnus is great and the fastest shipping I've ever had.

          I feel obligated to add to this thread due to a recent great experience with clubsnus. I ordered my first batch of snus from clubsnus and I was very very happy with the shipping time. Also, Jonathan hooked me up with double what I ordered with many samples and extras. Not to mention great customer service. I've never experienced such genorosity ordering anything online. Needless to say I will be ordering from clubsnus soon again!

            I ordered before Christmas and had a fine experience.

            I received what I ordered correctly and promptly. I was neither amazed or disapointed by the shipping time.

            I was very happy with the packaging job, which can be a major issue if it goes wrong.

            I appreciated getting numerous samples and a calendar. I never expected those. I like surprises.

              I can't help it if I only like one flavor or snus.
              Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......





              I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

                  I've ordered from several snus vendors now and without question, the best and fastest experience I've had with any has been Clubsnus. Jonathon...thank you. I've waited weeks from Northerner and with Clubsnus, I got my order in less than 72 hours...awesome.
