    General Coupons

Like any good snuser, I am signed up to get general coupons in the mail. I got the first one I’ve had in a while, and it’s $4 two cans. That would be $16 for two cans. Not really cost effective at this time, there has to be a better way to price snus locally, Zyn has the buy 2 for $3.99 each locally at the Circle K up the street. I would have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to pick up General…so I am happy to keep ordering online. I miss the $4 cans locally available at lots of stores, but I get that it didn’t sell like that.

Now if they still had loose here on the market, well I would consider it…especially if they had more of the Swedish Match range available.

    What do y’all think?

It seems that a decent variety of snus brands will never be available to us in the USA. ;(
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Sad days…but if online ordering remains cost effective to the consumer since it has been going since PACT, I cannot really complain. US gets their tax, we get our snus.

I was looking at Northerner US last night and almost made an order, while the prices of everything is not what they used to be, it didn't seem too bad, and the various nic pouches are rather cheap. And postage was $10. I don't get out to tobacco shops, and it's hard to see what all is there at the grocery behind the big counter and people lined up to buy their lottery tickets. The ease of online ordering and knowing what is there makes it not bad. Plus I'm still on the fence, I haven't had any tobacco in a very long time, and my "fake dip" should arrive tomorrow. But all this has my brain remembering it, and kinda craving, but it might also be trying to chase the dragon, because I was younger, healthier, and life was better for me at that time, and that's associated with that, but it won't bring that back, I've tried many times with drinking, and it don't work, and I've quit that too

Wise words here. It’s easy to relapse in an addiction, and if you need someone to tell you not to, then let me be that one to day don’t start using tobacco again…especially if you are on the fence and feeling feelings or you think it will impact your health.

I quit tobacco around 2015ish and had one cigarette in 2019 (regret) and I’ve been on tobacco since. I’m back to just snus and snuff right now, and I do not plan to escalate back up to dip and cigarettes…but for a while there I was on and off cigarette. That’s why I’m back here using snus. This is my no smoking safe place.

Thanks. When I did quit, I think I just quit with no problem. It just wasn't enjoyable anymore and I didn't want to keep on, using oral tobacco. I smoked regularly from 16 to 32, then I only smoked occasionally, then I discovered snus, and would order from GetSnus, those were the good days, before PACT, then I discovered nasal snuff, then I was open to dip and chew. I enjoyed it, it was different and exotic, foreign items a lot. But quit all that and smoking too. I can't remember when I used any tobacco. But I didn't have a problem with it, I just lost the desire to do it anymore. Anyway my fake dip arrived, and I was very curious about it, how it would compare, and if I'd feel anything, and I was very impressed with it. Only tried one so far, but I could not tell the difference.
