Post PACT there should no longer be any reason not to ship in Texas or to open a storefront for that matter unless their target market of the EU is their primary income source and it'd be too much of an expensive hassle to comply with U.S. regs.

That's what I was thinking. After PACT, I suspect they'll either ship anywhere in the U.S. or, and more likely in my estimation, nowhere in the U.S. Then again, they might up and move to Cambodia or something or ship blank envelopes with no return address and claim all their sales are out of the country.

I have never loved a company so much without ever actually doing business with them.

Mark at Snusjet responded to my email very quickly and gave me some hope for a specialty store front in Houston. Nothing set in stone from what I know but HOPE none the less. He has invited me to meet with him and chat, which I am ecstatic to do. Talk about customer service without me actually being a customer...... YET!
