Hi, does anybody from the UK who's ordered from northerner know if the package has to be signed for?

Not if sent by Swiss Post. Only needs to be signed for if using UPS or Fedex.

My experience is...
Swiss Post is 7 - 10 days
Fedex is 3 days guranteed delivery with tracking number
UPS is guranteed next day with tracking number but works out expensive if ordering more than 1/2 dozen tins.

I would recommend the Fedex option if you or someone could be around to sign for your order as it's the best value bearing in mind it's much faster than Swiss Post and there's not a lot in price difference.

If noone could be around to sign and you go for Swiss Post it would come with your regular mail via Royal Mail. Up to 6 cans would just come in a flat jiffy bag and go through your letter box but any more than that the Postman would have to knock.

Normal advice for folks in the UK seems to be different than you would get here in the states. Anything but Swiss or Swedish post here really is just not justified by the cost.

But in the UK, your mail system seems to suck SO badly, and the connection between Swiss post and Royal mail so bad, that most folks there have learned to simply not use it

I'll let other UK members conform or deny tat, but seems to be the experience of those there who have posted especially this year.

When Northerner says an order is "partially shipped", is it in the mail or do they wait until it's all ready to get it out the door?

There should be a section there where you can review you last order. The "partially shipped" items will list as shipped on it.

But yeah, they ship what they have usually, then they'll ship the back ordered stuff when they get it in.

I have contacted them twice now about my OR/CV, they say they have sent it twice and I have still yet to see it. Ordered the 12th shipped the 18th of December

I am just about to give up on that money and snus.

i am ready to order my 2nd batch. from the reviews here, looks like northerner suck balls with shipping time to the US. What's the fastest shipping to US you guys have found? FYI, I used swedishsnus.com and it took about 11 days.
