let it go man... I develop software for multi-national corporations and organizations for a living, and these things often happen.. They probably didn't catch it until they went to pack & ship your box and realized they'd be in trouble if they sent it.

unless, you want to land them in legal trouble for some reason? do you have some sort of vendetta against them and want to see them shut down?

I AM NOT EXPECTING THEM TO START SHIPPING THE DAMN BANNED FROM USA SNUS I AM JUST EXPECTING THEM TO ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCT PROPERLY AND NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE.

i guess i'm used to being on the other side of this. We had a gal who figured out how to get free product from one of the sites I help run, AFTER $800 of product had been shipped. Unfortunately for her, we had all of her info she had it shipped TO HER HOME, and gave her real info. Fortunately it was because the owner of the site was using an off-the-shelf cart software with a known vulnerability, but still. I have to deal with the cleanup of that kinda stuff, and know how much of a pain it is.

But I wasn't trying to steal it. I was paying for it including their stupid VAT tax. How in the hell can you fault the consumer for clicking on something presented as available for sale and not fault the vendor for advertising it as such?

keep in mind, these guys aren't in the US... they do not automatically think "what about users from the US" by default. just like i had no idea we couldn't display ads for USD in Austrailia last week.. We make the discovery and make the change and move on...

Nevermind, You win. They had no idea USA customers would even think of purchasing from them.

So far, I am not impressed by snus.com. I have tried to place orders twice but they keep getting erred out by payex. Have ordered from Northerner many times with no problems. Is anybody else having payments issues with snus.com?

Send all snus orders to me, and I will order them for you. In exchange for saving you sales tax and tobacco tax, you can throw in cans of Lucky Strike.
