This happened to me back at the end of December. I thought id try and pull a fast one. i ordered a roll of LSOP and a roll of CamelOP. It never got shipped. order was pending pending pending. and i was getting no replys to inquizitions. I figured it was the holidays and id just let it be for a few days. eventually I had to place an order with getsnus so i wouldnt run out. Between the holidays and my seasonal layoff from work just before christmas i was very close to going broke.
Overall it took almost 2 weeks to get my money back, and then it took 3 days to clear.

I agree with you, there were probably alot of us in US that try this, so it takes along time to fix... thats why they should just advertise it on the site... So im with Lazer on this one too. It would be nice to atleast get a quick reply to your concerns about orders.
I have to give Snus.com some credit now. 5 Actual days total and I have received my order via UPS saver from Sweden. This is the fastest I have personally received an order from Sweden. So in the end I'm pleased. Snus was packed well also.
Still appears via the main products page listings there is no indication about the forbidden snus's for USA customers unless you actually click through to the product listing instead of adding to cart there. Suggestion: Add a short & simple: NA to USA on this listing. That way you won't give people like me a reason to bitch. Otherwise, looking good.
So I come back in here and give them praise for getting me my snus so timely but I fail to think this out and realize SINCE THEY FU..ING CHOSE UPS to ship my snus, I'm on standby for a brokerage fee in my mail box X weeks later. WTF!
Needless to say I won't be ordering anymore here. 3 other shops from over seas and NOT ONCE have I encountered this OR ATLEAST I HAD THE F...ING CHOICE OF SHIPPING VIA POST. I could have ordered this same snus elsewhere and not went through all these mystery charges... VAT TAX, UPS BROKERAGE, ECT....
PS: So now that i've fallen prey to this BS and am getting a bit paranoid from ordering anything outside the US of A, any suggestions on how to avoid this happening from any OTHER foreign based vendors?
I don't like playing Russian roulette on how much my snus is going to cost me in the end. :x :x :x

Bullshit. I'm personally boycotting both Northerner and Snus.com. I don't give a rats ass if they are the last on earth to stock snus. I'll switch to cigarettes and buy em state side.
While I know many, if not most, order from Sweden, I never have. I'm sure it works great most of the time, but for the snus I like, I can get them from the US sellers.
Wow I missed the ending to this story...LaZeR that totally sucks. I am not impressed at all. I got taken care of by Northerner with my b4 xmas order that finally came the first of Jan, but I still will no longer use them. I placed an order for a friend yesterday, but all of it was out of the US warehouse.
Otherwise I am with you on boycotting both sites. I had a great experience with my first order via Getsnus and then BAM the next one was a mess. I don't know what I am gonna do, I use prepaid CC's for all my orders and I am having issues finding anyone other than Northerner to use them. The first Getsnus order they took it no prob and then the second one they wouldn't.
