    Want to thank Fred & Frank @ Northerner

    I placed an order this morning with Northerner before I left for work because I wanted some Nordstrom JulesSnus los before they stopped offering it at such a great price and the fact that I enjoyed that snus a lot.

    When I had my problem (totally my fault) with my order at Snus.com, Fred was very helpful and told me to let him know when I placed an order with Northerner or Snus.com. So I sent him a PM right after I placed the order and I went to fix my breakfast. I went back to my PC to check something else probably no more than 5 minutes later and there was PM notification in my email box. I thought to myself, who in the heck would send me a PM that early. Much to my suprise, it was from Fred thanking me for my order and said he put a little extra in my order. That was really fantastic customer service in my book especially considering that my order was a small order.

    Only problem is I am like a kid waiting for Christmas wanting to know what I am getting. Is it here yet? Is it here yet? How about now?

    Thanks again Fred.


    edit PP; you had both the names Fred and Frank in your post so I fixed it. I assume that it was the Frank that we all know.

    edit PMD: PP, it actually was Fred that I dealt with.

      Thanks PP. You are correct, it was Frank. I will be 49 on Sunday so I am getting forgetful.

          PP, you got me all messed up. Between a rough day at work and doing my mom's taxes tonight, you could have told me the correct name was Bartholomew and I would have believed you.

          Fred sent me a PM setting me straight on them being two different folks so I want to thank Fred again and thank Frank for hiring Fred.

          Now I am going to go put in a 3 click pris of some Thunder Frosted and chill out for the weekend.

            I got hooked up by Northerner today as well. On a recent order they forgot to ship a roll. I emailed them a couple days ago and they apologized and said they would ship it ASAP. Well 2 days later I had not one but two rolls via Priority Mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              lol. you were intermixing the two names. So are we to assume that Fred is in the US warehouse?? We all know of Frank from the original Northerner.

              Anyway, good to see you posting Fred. Don't be hiding on us.
              Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

                Fredrik has helped me a couple of times with some order issues and he really goes out of his way to help customers. Fred has definitely restored my confidence with Northerner.com and snus.com and they will definitely get the majority of my business in the future. Fred is real and loves his customers!

                  I appreciate the effort because someone needs to keep an eye out for me. My memory is not that great. I am not sure where Fred is located.

                      All of the above examples are why I still give Northerner the majority of my snus business and wait over 2 weeks on items shipped from Sweden. I just got part of my US order today, few items were still out of stock and to my surprise, a can that I did not order was in the envelope. It was a 'surprise snus,' which was beyond greatly appreciated and unexpected.
