Mini Snus Fridge

Brilliant! I was actually shopping for thermoelectric coolers recently, thinking about making something like this - a USB powered snus cooler!

Might be worth a shot but it doesn't sound like it stays very cold.

Though it is featured on the Swedish Match-website, I have some doubts about this product, because a Coke-can is a little smaller than a snus-can, isn't it?

I'm not sure, because aluminium-cans are nearly unavailable in Germany nowadays, because of a recent law, that discriminates these cans in favor of glass-bottles with refundable deposit. So I don't have any Coke-can on hand.

It looks like it only holds about 5 cans of snus. A picture on the Swedish site shows that. The reviews were not too bad for it and if you are at work, at least you can plug this baby into your computer, and have some cool fresh snus chillin' all day. That is, if you use a computer at work unlike me.

Ah, very cool. I was looking at them a month or so ago, but I came to the conclusion that a snus can wouldn't fit. I didn't want to spend the money to find out for sure. I may have to get one, now that I know it'll work.

Since they are using a peltier to create the cold, I don't know if it would keep the inside of the fridge cool. With a can sitting on the peltier the liquid would transfer the cold to the whole can. I would be worried it would only cool the bottom tin. At least its fairly cheap.
