I just read this and I am trying to understand this. Is this just for USPS or UPS/FEDEX as well? Sorry if I just didn't read somethign right, but I'm really worried that I JUST started snusing and I want to continue snusing(with REAL Swedish Snus, not Camel Frost). Thanks guys.

Toque will continue to ship to the USA, but will fully comply with the Pact legislation as we do today with the current laws.

To date we are unaware of any US customer ever being asked to pay taxes or for that matter anyone volunteering to pay taxes on receipt of one of our shipments. We presume that all our customers are law abiding Americans and declare the tax due in their yearly return.

When/if the Pact act comes into force we will continue to send and presume that our customers will inform the appropriate legislators of the tax due on all the shipments that they receive. It is estimated that 1 in 180 shipments may be inspected after/if Pact comes in.
