Damn! That's friggin' fast! I ordered a dozen cans on Sunday Morning (12/9/2007), and wasn't expecting them until next week (they shipped on Monday the 10th). With that kind of turnover time, they could be here this week! Sweet!

well like i said i ordered mine last friday, shipped on monday...no snus yet

i hope to hell it comes here tomorrow. i don't want to wait til monday.
it seems whenever i pay extra attention to a package arriving, it never comes on time. and when i don't, it gets here no problem.

Same here.. Didn't come today, either. So unless some schoolchildren stole it off my front porch, I'm waiting till Monday. I'm down to three types of loose (N & J, Skruf Stark, Prima Fint) and my two least favorite portions (Offroad Wintergreen and Coffee/Vanilla). Maybe I'll practice handbaking tomorrow..

Funny how we live so close and I probably ordered within 24 hours of you, yet still no snus for me. Next time I'm definitely ordering on Thursday..

I think I'll definitely be ordering on Thursday from now on. I don't know if it had anything to do with the short shipping time, but I'll try it a second time. If it works the same, I'll have definitely found my permanent ordering date.

Ah, down to good loose and crappy portions. That sucks. At least you've got N&J and Skruf Stark though. I've got 15 cans of N&J loose and 5 of Skruf Stark, along with a plethora of my favorite portions (Goteborgs 1 & 2, Ettan, Lucky Strike). I'm pretty well off for a while.

Finally got my shipment in today (19th) that I ordered on the 7th.
Took long enough. It's the gay ass christmas season of consumerism going apeshit on shipping though, so not surprising.
What's funny is that they shipped 3 separate packages.
The third one they shipped out (a couple days after the other 2) was just for a Gotlandsnus Julesnus Portion can, that they apparently didn't have yet when they processed my order. The other 2 was my primary order just split into 2 packages.
The third showed up on monday, the 17th. The other two of course today.
              Whatever.
I go to check the mail and the first thing I see is a brown package bag laying on top of my round-roofed mailbox (on the edge of a rather busy road no less)...worthless mailman..could'a lost half my order if it got blown off by the wind and smashed by a vehicle driving by. The other was stuffed in side the mailbox real tight.
I noticed some USPS tape on a package...and I rolled my eyes thinking the ****ers pillaged my bounty!
Well apparently it got split open or crushed or something in the sortation (trust me, it happens often without human intervention, I see it a lot at the Fedex hub I work at), because I open it and bits of snus are all over everything. I was pissed, but luckily, it was only 2 cans that got cracked. 1 can of goteborgs rape (with a big hole in the lid)...which is where all the bits of snus came from..and just a small crack on a kronan loose. I replaced the lids (from cans I've stacked on my desk). And luckily didn't lose too much snus out of the goteborgs rape. maybe half a pris worth.

Right now getting a nice unique flavor from Gotlandssnus Gul (yellow). Took me long enough to settle on what to try first!

              here is my order:

              Ettan loose x3
              Ettan Portion
              General loose x3
              General Maxi portion

              Gotlandssnus Grönsnus (Green) Portion
              Gotlandssnus Gulsnus (Yellow) Loose x2
              Snuff cup
              Gotlandssnus Julesnus (Christmas) Loose x2
              Granit Loose

Imperial Tobacco, makers of Skruf and Knox
                by Guest
Imperial Tobacco is the parent company of Skruf (pronounced 'Skroof' and Knox brands of Swedish snus. Skruf is probably the second most popular snus brand in Sweden and one of the top most popular snus brands in the growing American market.

Skruf was started by two life long friends who saw an opportunity to make a big future for a small product - Jonas Engwall and Adam Gillberg.

Life long friends and entrepreneurs, Jonas and Adam, sat down in 2001 to discuss how they could use their skills gained in the world of finance to build a business in an area they were passionate about.
