Singing the praises of Buysnus.com

Hi all-

I am a long time lurker and very infrequent poster. I have been snusing for about 4 and 1/2 years now and have done most of my purchasing at buysnus.com.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I've been wanting one of those bullet proof snus tins since about Christmas time and waited and waited and waited till the were released to be sold. FINALLY, right before my birthday in April, they were available for sale. My wife quickly purchased one from buysnus. Unfortunately when I recieved it, it was all scratched up and not reflective of the online pictures. I sent an email expressing my dissapointment to buysnus. It took a few days for them to get back to me (probably due to interest generated from the 60 minutes special). I won't pretend that i was patient while waiting for their response.

Today, I recieved an email from them apologizing for taking a while to respond and informing me that they will be sending me a replacement bullet proof tin, and told me to keep the one I had as compensation for my troubles!!!!!!!!! Seriously!?!?!? WOW!!! Thank you so much Buysnus!

It was as classy as it gets. Truely impressed by that kind of response and overwhelmed by their generosity.

Anyway, that's all. Just thought I'd pass along this info as it was quite a generous gesture on the part of a great company.

Buysnus has always been good to me. I got a free Skruf "ashtray" with an order once, and wanted to give one to a friend of mine as a gift. I inquired about purchasing another one from them, but they sent me one gratis; no shipping or anything. My friend really like the tray too :^)

Yeah, I feel a bit badly I don't spend as much as I could with them. They have always been first rate, and the only time I ever got pissed at them they so went over the top making it up to me, it almost embarrassed me.

For whatever reasons, chasing bonus points and such, they haven't been my main supplier for a long time. But that has now changed since Northerner made themselves an "American" company, thus putting themselves under FDA control and limiting what snus I can buy. Ironically, ALL my snus now is Swedish Match, so doesn't effect me. But it is the point that bugs me.

Going forward, I will ONLY buy my snus from Sweden, happily wait what time it takes. Assuming that remains possible of course. So until they tell me they can't send me my snus any more, Buysnus has become my only game again

They definitely went over the top by sending me a second bullet proof tin. I felt a bit like a heel for complaining in the first place! But to thank them, I just had to sing their praises on the best snus forum out there.

I will absolutely continue to buy from them. Their prices are great and their shipping is pretty fast. I've never had any issues in the four years i've been using them. Other than the odd order from getsnus.com, I use buysnus almost exclusively and now will continue to do so.

They are making arrangements for PACT and stated that we will still be able to buy snus from them, but due to taxes, the prices will increase a bit. I appreciate that they aren't just bagging the USA and moving on with life. It's nice they aren't leaving us out to dry.

Now with 2 bullet proof tins, I can put one in my breast pocket and tape the other to my forehead. I will be indestructible!

i love buysnus, ive only made about 3 orders with them, but all have been a first rate experience. just finally used my 6th roll discount. i have used northerner for the majority of my purchases.

I'm curious to see if BuySnus is going to open their own warehouse in the USA....

As much as I appreciate what Frank and Northerner have done/are doing, I'd still like to see more than one option for US customers.

I've still got one pre-PACT order going to BuySnus to take advantage of my 1/2 price 6th roll that I have already qualified for. I'm hoping they will get Blå in stock before D-day.

Buysnus is strong. I agree, if they can put a toe on the sand they could keep a lot of loyal snus users.

I recently cashed out my 6th roll.

I also cashed out most of my bonus points with the fine folks, aherm, up north..

I don't want to lose my ability to order uber fresh snus straight out of Europe. Part of the fun and excitement was web shopping and comparing who had what and when. Waiting for a big yellow envelope to cross the Atlantic is anticipation at it's finest.
