Post pact, will one be able to order a roll of LD or Odens from, say, Primiumsnus, to the USA?

Post PACT/FDA regulation ordering snus from overseas will put you in the same league as people ordering steroids and Viagra from overseas.
Some people will still manage to get some, but you'll basically have to resort to smuggling it in.

No, I'm just going by what Northerner's told us. I think I may have qualified my list sometime later, I meant to anyway :^/

As of now, they haven't complied, but they could in the future, and honestly I expect them to. Swedish Match has a lock on Sweden, and BAT and JTI have more important things than snus to deal with atm. Small companies best bet is to get into America while this is all still new, and they have a real chance at market share. Gellivare probably isn't getting involved because they're a micro sized company. They probably do well enough with their local market, and don't have the capacity to go much beyond that.

Not me! I ended up going with Northerner last time because Getsnus was out of damned near everything but Göteborgs. I wasn't in the mood for it.

Oh yeah, a little over a year ago now. Frank was in the States handling the early stages of getting Northerner set up in Pennsylvania, and was in Ohio for a few days, I guess partially to check out the snus scene here(Camel was tested here, and was one of only two places where Triumph was available). I think Baker met up with him on a different day. Myself, Rickcharles and TBD hung out with him at Eddie George's Grill here in Columbus. Great time, we had a great lunch and mostly talked snus. I'd hang out with the guy any day!

EDIT: Damn, just did a mock order - For a roll of General, the price has gone from $32.00 price+shipping to $40.28 price+shipping.

Total suckage.

All my orders will now be going back to BuySnus, since they are now cheaper than GetSnus - or even SwedishSnus.com, which is basically exactly like GetSnus used to be anyway. And they still have $28.00 rolls.

Does anyone know if BuySnus is still its own entity, or are they just another Northerner too?
