    half-roll discounts.
When the PACT era taxes effect, (when that $35 roll with taxes becomes $55...), there will be a whole lot more people that won't be able to afford a roll.
A lot of people will be taking advantage of half roll pricing if it's available.

Free shipping? Nah, we know nothing is free and that you'll just have to increase the price of snus to cover your extra costs.

I voted for the half roll idea. Most people seemed to dislike their mystery cans (i seemed to always get lucky with mine; grov, ettan, general lös, etc. not one mini mint or anything like that haha) so i enjoyed it, it was like a little surprise waiting for me. The half roll does seem most practical and most likely to please the majority.

If you can get it to CA in <4 days, charge me whatever you like. (oh and swag is always cool)
Are you sure about this statement sgreger? Don't you pretty much only use Frosted? If you typically spend $100 on snus, how can you not manage to place another order once you are down to your last roll? Not trying to give you a hard time, it just seems like the craziest reason to quit using snus lol. Do you also wait until your daughter is completely out of diapers and shat herself twice before you go to the store? haha. C'mon, take it back. And also try Northerner again, it doesn't take a freakin fortnight to get your snus anymore, shipping from the US.

Hey asshole, as a matter of fact, we ran out of diapers last night and I have neglected to get any more untill I take my lunch break today. So you take it back! lolol

No but I only started snusin thunder products exclusively in recent months. I go through them very fast and it's due to error on my part that I never am able to place an order in advance. My budget right now is weird and I sometimes have to wait an extra check before I can place an order so it requires much advanced planning (untill June when my bills get cut in half and i'm ballin again. That's when i'm going to really stock up).

I never ordered from notherner's US warehouse and from the sounds of it it won't take long. I plan to probably go exclusively through northerner since I used to use just jonathon, then just getsnus, so notherner is my next option (especially since they are partnered with snuson, of which I am a loyal servant to).

I went exclusively through Clubsnus because he got it here quick. The snus was significantly more expensive than getsnus or northerner, but the shipping time is what really matters to me. I don't care about free mystery cans (which I almost always throw away), or crazy discounts. I like thier point system and I like quick shipping, and that's really all I care about. From what i've heard from you guys, shipping time won't be a problem

I would just like to say that I am extremely pleased with what's going on in this thread (and others). I think we are taking something BIG for granted here. I don't know about other countries, but anyone in America will likely tell you that what is happening on this thread is probably one of their first they have ever experienced.

How often do you get to go on a forum for, let's say health insurance, and they have a special PR guy dedicated JUST to your forum that sits around and asks for consumer input on what YOU would like. What kind of discounts YOU would like to see that would make you do business with them.

Really, this to me is just amazing and I applaud Northerner for what's happening here. They are actually paying two guys to sit around and make sure the customer gets what they want. They ask for feedback and hear out anyone's opinion good or bad. I wish to God more companies were like this in America. (I know Norhterner is a "smaller" company, but still).

We are having a straight out town hall meeting to tell some company (a tobacco company none the less) what it is we want to see that will get our business, and Northerner will likely implement some of these ideas. Outstanding, and bravo. My hat's off to you Northerner.

Yeah, I may have voted mystery can (I got Ettan los, pretty cool) but the Half-Roll discounts are probably going to be the most economical. Sometimes you want to try something out and don't want to risk a whole roll, or maybe it is something you don't use everyday, like something really strong. I think overall it will probably be your best bet Frederick...but free stuff is always cool :P

And yeah, Northerner is definitely doing something quite unprecedented. This alone (and the fact he is actively answering questions all around the site) means that I automatically like him and love his company. He is trying his best to keep things as close to the status quo as he can afford to do. Very great job Frederick!

All I know is every time I ordered from Northerner it took 3-4 weeks, no exception. I was ordering 01, 02, Roda Lacket, Grovsnus. Once GetSnus started carrying those I ordered from them and got in a week. Maybe at the time the US Northerner didn't stock those as they came from Sweden.

Fredrik, do you know at this time which brands will be available after PACT? Is that a ever changing list or is it pretty set in stone for now?

Look around at the Northerner-related threads CG. THis was talked about pretty extensively yesterday and today, shouldn't take long to find the list

At least we will have Skruf and the Swedish Match products...mmm...Roda Lacket (mouth waters)! Grovsnus, Ettan! All good brands. I am somewhat upset that Oden's isn't going to cooperate, I always wanted to try them. I suppose I can get some, but Skruf Xtra Stark has a better overall toback taste. I hope some of these companies eventually cooperates, even if it is a complicated process. It is a bit dumb that the Cuban tobacco snus isn't allowed over some outdated embargo, but still, it looks like there will be quite a bit of a selection to choose from after the PACT kicks in. Maybe I'll try Oden's or something to see how it is, but I think I will be quite happy with what we already have here.

And after even more thought, I definitely think the 5-can option is something you should have for sure, very decent bargain for those that want to try something without spending a fortune (after taxes) or for those that don't use a lot of it (like with Skruf Xtra Stark). The mystery can is so-so, I did appreciate the Ettan lossnus, but I was hoping for Grovsnus black or something

i dont if anyone else has mentioned this.. but post pact act, 1 roll plus shipping will probably be around 50 bucks or more, (possably).. so spending 200$ wont be too difficult. just order 4 0r 5 rolls of your favorites at a time., and free shipping would be cool. i hate paying for shipping. so that my vote..

will Offroad original portion ever be coming to the ameican wearhouse??

Really? How many come in a roll again? 10? Man that is going to utterly destroy me. I go through at least 30 cans a month.

sgreger, im not really sure what your getting at.. the finances i can see, but if your only ordering once every other month or so, i dont see what the difference is, besides youd save a ton of money not shipping all those small orders
