Buysnus shipping problem... anyone?

Anyone ever had problems with a buysnus.com order? I placed an order with them last week... maybe my 4th order from them total. All the others have arrived in exactly 3 days. Today is day 7, and I've got my fingers crossed that the shipment will be in my mailbox when I get home from work. Just wondering if anyone's ever had problems getting the shipments through customs, etc.

Also kind of curious what kind of customer service people have received if they've had any kind of shipping problems from buysnus. Hope I don't have to find out.

I once had an order, that took 8 days from Sweden to Germany where normally even no customs-check is involved. So I don't think, there is a reason to worry until now. For the worst, you'll have to pay a small fee from your customs office, if you're in the U.S. The shipments just take some days more or less everytime, most likely due to the postal service's handling.

Buysnus answers very quickly to e-mails. I once had a minor problem with one of their shipments, which got immediately solved. It's a first-class vendor.

Well thank you... as expected, the shipment did arrive today. No problems, just good service. It just took an unexpected few extra days this time. Thanks for the reassurance!

I've been ordering from buysnus.com for a while now. There have been the occasional tin missing from my shipment, but after an email, they always fix it. Shipments always arrive here in Iowa within 7 days - not business days - and sometimes as fast as 3 or 4.

My shipments from buysnus usually take 7 days to get to me, but I'm nearly antipodal from Sweden (actually, my antipode is Botswana; Botswana is next to Sweden, right?). Anyhow, I've never really had a problem with shipping from buysnus, except one time they lagged on getting my order out before I went on vacation and I was worried that it would arrive at my house after I had left, so I emailed them and had it sent to my folks house. They were prompt in replying, very helpful, and apologetic about the delay, and I got a mess of free buysnus goodies for my trouble. Once it shipped, it only took 3 days to get to Arkansas (through UPS). BTW, I did get a $5.25 charge from UPS for customs paperwork, which I gladly paid. I think buysnus is a top-notch web-retailer.

Buysnus.com send's youre order as they promised.. only problem is that customs are strict. My order was stuck in customs about 2 weeks.. then they sent it to me and my package was ripped appart and taped back together and finaly i got my snus and it was dryed up and i was sad...

but now everything worksout fine and after 4-5 days i get my shippment.
