I was one of the Getsnus loyalists who was quite confused and angry when Northerner bought them. I'd used Northerner before, but Getsnus's setup and customer service convinced me to use them exclusively. I was so upset that I almost convinced myself to never use Northerner again, which was stupid btw. I struggled deciding which site to order from Friday and due to ok experiences previously and the U.S. warehouse I broke down and ordered from Northerner. I ordered around 10:30 am Friday and about 2 hours later the order showed Shipped status. I thought there was no way. Anyway...I got my order via USPS on Monday! From Pennsylvania to Arkansas. Quite impressive to me. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.

I ordered right after Northerner took over, and it took 2 or 3 days from PA to KY, which is about average. Still, that's a lot better than waiting on an order from Sweden. GetSnus/Northerner gets two thumbs up from me.Comment

I have to say at least 80% of the time Northerner et al had it nailed down on perfect service. They did kinda let me fall between the cracks once or twice, but they certainly made good on it. Come to think of it, I think the only time I had problems is when my order couldn't have been picked and packed right away for whatever reason. Maybe they were out of stock or something, maybe it was expected in tomorrow but they usually send what they can and then send the missed item later. I can understand there is added postage too from the business side of things and perhaps that had something to do with it. Whatever...in the end I ALWAYS got what I ordered and when I did bring it to their attention they apologized and went above and beyond to keep a customer. I guess it's not really that bad...it's taught me to keep a shit-ton more snus around.Comment

I ordered from the new GetSnus on Friday, it didn't ship until last night, and the projected delivery date is next Monday. Not really a big deal, since I have plenty of snus. I'm just anxious to get my SnusX kit and try out snuff for the first time

Why does Northerner have to charge twice as much for shipping...It is 10 bucks a roll for usps...Get snus shipped for under 5$.....I will still order from them but I resent the increase..RedComment

Most likely because Northerner is not owned by a company as large as Swedish Match, and can't afford to ship at such large volumes? Even with the slightly higher shipping, I've always had terrific experiences dealing with Northerner, and on twice I have even gotten some bonus cans thrown into my order!
