    Clubsnus.com RIP

I went to clubsnus.com and got the following message:

    Site off-line
Club Snus is closing it's doors. If you have any questions please email me at clubsnus@gmail.com. Thanks.

Thanks for trying Jonathan and sorry to see the end of clubsnus.

I was on there yesterday. Site worked but they only had a variety of like 10 different cans.

It would have been sweet if Northerner bought him or hired him so they can be a distributor on the West Coast.

I wonder if Northerner is open to partnerships of some sort? Perhaps sponsoring snus only distributors instead of brick and mortar stores?

Here's to hoping there's something going on behind the scenes. It always seems like when you least expect something, expect it. Who knows what is to come.

I've only ordered from clubsnus a couple of times, but the customer service, freebies and shipping were exemplary. It's a real shame that the PACT Act had to force him out of business

Again with the conspiracies Chad? Your comment has some underlying hints that leads me to wonder what is really going on with clubsnus. Are they really closing or are they in some form of transition? Let me guess. Area 51 is really a Swedish Match factory and the flying saucer was invented as a faster way to get us our snus.

Haha, no, nothing like that. But Jon is a friend, has a heart for snus, and we speak often. I'm sure once all this blows over we'll see him again (I hope!). He's a good guy. As far as ClubSnus staying open, I'm pretty sure at this point in time it's not an option.

I thought maybe he'd just sell to CA, seems easy post-pact with just one state.

probably isn't enough money in to to serve just one state at this time though

Dealing with perishable goods makes it difficult. If he were selling plastic widgets, he could afford to get a word of mouth reputation built over years. With snus, he'll either have slow shipping, or old product. You're not gonna get people to order from you that way.

                              "Capitalism"

Well sort of. Sure capitalism is a creative destruction phenomenon but with such draconian interference from the government I'd describe this particular instance as putrid nanny-state destruction. This had exactly squat to do with normal market forces.
