Well sort of. Sure capitalism is a creative destruction phenomenon but with such draconian interference from the government I'd describe this particular instance as putrid nanny-state destruction. This had exactly squat to do with normal market forces.

i never got the chance to order from him there was always a problem with the sight to pay for the order it really is a shame he had to shut down

I've only ordered from clubsnus a couple of times, but the customer service, freebies and shipping were exemplary. It's a real shame that the PACT Act had to force him out of business

Clubsnus was the fastest shipper I'll give him that. He just couldn't compete with prices. I made several orders with them just to support "the little guys", but PACT is a mighty foe.
