Just got a partial order....help?

I ordered about a $75 order last week and received all but a roll (was out of stock). There were about 4 extra cans of random snus in the box that I didn't order. Was curious if Northerner did stuff like this when they couldn't ship out the whole order or if they just threw in cans randomly on some orders. Not that I'm complaining Anyone else get extra cans you didn't order in decent sized orders?

Sometimes Northerner will send it in split orders. I'd expect the rest of it soon.

I know they will send it because that one roll still says pending I was just wondering why they gave me extra cans lol

The extra cans are probably just their way of apologizing for having to back-order that roll, I would guess. A nice gesture.

They did the same thing to me. Except in mine they sent me some short date Conica. Not that I mind receiving free stuff, but to send a guy whose order includes Thunder products and Skruf Xtra Stark, a product that has no tobacco in it seems a bit odd.

I did end up contacting them concerning my out of stock items and they were immediately helpful.

i've never experienced them sending me free cans up-front, but it certainly is a nice gesture. If you don't like 'em I'm sure someone here can find a home for them.

i threw my shit out the window on the way home last night. same thing, onica, non nicotine non tobacco.

i get partials every now and then, stuff is in stock when ordered, but as they fill orders they get to mine and its out. they usually fill within a week. and i've been getting free cans of random stuff too lately

yep. Got an order yesterday sans my Skruf ES portions which were backordered on the invoice. Got onico instead. I'll try it but it'll probably end up in the Davidson county landfill. I'm not complaining, but...
