    GetSnus "Customer Service"

    You can not call them. So, I write a detailed message explaining a unique problem I have with an order from March 10th. I have spent a lot of money with these people. This is the caned response I get:

    Dear Kevin Sommer,

    As of May 11th GetSnus.com is operated by Northerner Scandinavia AB / Northerner Scandinavia Inc. We are currently in the middle of making the transition to a new e-store system and, as such, you may encounter a few problems. We deeply apologize for any lack of communication during this change but this was simply not up to us do decide.

    Unfortunately we have no information about orders made before May 11th.

      What was the issue? They just got bought out so i wouldn't do business with them until northerner gets everything straightened out.

        How does this seem relevant? They can take over a business, but orders taken before that are not their problem? I explained what I needed. They were simply blowing me off. If you explained a concern and asked for help; you would be satisfied with this?

        I asked them to watch out for a package that may get returned to them. It was forwarded to me and I am not sure the return address was, or could be changed. So, it may go back to them after customs got done with it. Now what do you think?

          It's a new business with an old website. Getsnus should have stopped taking orders after the date they could not have resolved any issues with their customers transactions. Getsnus should also have made sure that all existing orders were taken care off before they changed hands. They could have even posted a notice on their front page letting their customers know that new owners are taking over and how to resolve any conflicts but they didn't. I am not sure what happened but you can't really expect United Airlines to honor your Pan Am ticket. I have read other posts where Northerner was offering discount codes to any existing getsnus customers with order problems. That seems like a nice gesture to me.

            If Pan Am was bought out by United Airlines..............uh......ya, I would expect them to honor my ticket.

              Exactly outsidelinebacker, who the hell did they let do this transaction? They didn't bang out any of the details, they just sold the company, left no record of the purchases for northerner and northerner didn't bother to obtain them. Now they just say that anything before this date means your SOL because we don't know nothing about it?

                If you can not get satisfaction through the company then just dispute the charge on your credit card. It really is not that difficult.
