Hey all!
Living in Canada my packages get slapped duties and taxes on a lot. Its hit or miss most of the time. Once they charged me 13% tax + 8$ handling because the retarded postal workers cannot differentiate between 60SEK and 60$. Luckily they didn't slap duties on the tobacco. Other times they manage to apply it properly, in which case I still end up paying 12$ for 24 grams (cost + shipping + duties + taxes all together).
Since its hit or miss, a big factor is the packaging. Even when they open it, sometimes they think its candy and pass it along. This time around I ordered a roll of 02 from Northerner's US warehouse, something I have not done before. So I've got the following questions concerning the packaging coming from Northerner's US warehouse:
1.)Is the roll still in the original Swedish plastic wrapping?
2.)Are there tobacco may be harmful/addictive stickers on it in English/Swedish or both?
3.)What writing is on the package?
4.)Anything else on or in the package you think may increase or decrease the chances of hit and miss?
Reason I'm asking is I'm relatively poor, taxes and duties on a roll may be upwards of 80 - 100$, I need to know if I should be saving up the money for it. Assuming the packaging is the same as from Sweden, just using USD instead of SEK, and based on previous experiences, I estimate chances of it being slapped are 20 - 30%.
