maybe another time - I need my sleep! I stayed up late last night and felt like crap all day at work today. It's hard to know you have to be somewhere for 8+ hours and your tired.

It's going to take a while to have mass awareness of snus in America, it's not something that we can expect overnight. I can't wait for the day that that's true though.

When I was in Sweden recently, it was so amazing to see a snus fridge in EVERY SINGLE STORE I went into. If that day ever comes to America, I'll be a happy man.

Since Swedish Match's entries into the market seem to be all General brands.....
There's a big hole where Northerner and Swedish Match could work together in a joint agreement.
Let Northerner market a couple of the non-General brands. Ettan? Grov?
I see benefits for both parties if they work together.

Rick thanks for the info. And to the elitists out there, I am one who wants snus to takeover america. I would much rather people take a snus break than make me smell their stinky smoke ridden clothes and nasty ass breath. The longer I am smoke free, the more I detest the smokers around me. Thats why I make it my goal to turn them on to snus. I keep a can of general mint in my office desk at all times just for that opportunity to turn someone on to snus. I would much rather purchase quality snus products from a B and M than on the net. If you guys want to start with minty and wintergreen, go for it. I imagine that you are not trying to reach the customer base you already have, but new customers, which I think is a smart move. If I don't want your retail selection I will do what I always have done, mail order. I will proudly support you guys in you retail endevours just like I do swedish match and buy your products. If I don't like them I will certainly offer them to people who prefer the sweeter flavours. If I can turn a smoker to a snuser, then I am happy. I am passionate about this form of tobacco and believe in harm reduction because it worked for me. I seem to read a lot of posts on here that people seem to want snus to be some secret society. Thats just stupid.............

It may seem stupid to you, but there's a good reason some of us would prefer it remain less known. The more well known it is, the more likely snus is to be targeted by anti-tobacco zealots. If snus can remain reasonably priced in retail stores, I'd rather be able to buy it down the road than have to wait for it to arrive from Sweden. But if it's going to cost $7/can it doesn't make any sense to go through retail when I can buy online at a much better rate. I have friends spread out across enough states, I can dodge the insane taxes of NY by having it sent elsewhere and forwarded on to me. I don't mind paying fair and reasonable taxes, but I refuse to pay taxes that are designed solely to punish me for choosing to use tobacco just because there's a chance kids might buy it more often at a lower tax rate.
