      I sent them a contact yesterday asking them to cancel my pending order, and they never answered it. And it's still on the site saying pending.

      Edited to add:
      I know this is the weekend, but they should check their messages, and since it's still pending, I don't know if they honor a request to cancel or not. I hope so. Don't they have weekend staff?

        Guess we have to be patient. I put in another inquiry (To Northerner) regarding my bonus points T-shirt still MIA midweek and oddly never got a response as of yet. I'm guessing with all this 'Pre-Pact' frenzy, their hands are both full and tied.

          my order from get snus partly shipped from get snus on the 9th and another part on the 10th i believe, but i got the first part on the 12th (still today for me) but my odens is still on back order! it sent usps 1-3 day delivery so i hope the 2 of you can get yours soon!

          and has anyone else noticed the "When you cant smoke, snus instead" add at the top of the website tool bar there?
          Whats up with that?

            Wait a minute, do I understand correctly yhat you guys are receiving partial orders from getsnus? That is to say, if you order A and B, and A is in stock but B is backordered, are they sending you A now and B later? If that's the casae then WTF... They have been holding back my entire order from almost a month ago because the odens is not yet in stock. Another way to put that is I paid for 15 products that they currently have, yet they are not sending me what I alreadt bought because the other 60 cans they don't yet have. I'm starting to get annoyed with this practice. It seems like they could pony up the 5 bucks to send me what they do have now, what I already paid for, then pony up another 5 bucks to send the odens when they are able

              According the "Details" page and Shipment in process confirmation from UPS, the answer is YES, as my oden's is "Pending" but everything else shows shipped just like my experiences in the past with Northerner themselves - Shipping partial and the b/o later which I don't have a problem with.

              I just want my free T-Shirt
              . And the one I requested damn near a month ago has showed "in stock" all along....

                  I have used getsnus for over a year with no problems, but when they sold to northerner all I had was problems. so I started ordering from snuscentral and love the service!!! I get my orders in three days! seems like a easier way to buy snus without the headach.

                      I wasn't expecting my Blå 10ct to get "pen'd" with a circle round the 10 and a slopply hand written "Short 6" beside it with the dreaded....
