Well, I'm pissed now too. I ordered a SnusX kit on Saturday, and paid $8 something for usps priority, and now it's Friday, and it still hasn't shown. I almost didn't order this at all, but curiosity got me, now I wish I didn't order it.

i ordered on the 9th and did UPS 3-4 day delivery... it wont come until the 17th! They totally need to change the wording on their site to USPS= could take a week UPS= will take over a week

I dont mind waiting, I just mind being told one thing only to get another.

I wasn't going to say anything BUT since I'm not getting any more response as to where in the hell my bonus points "Snus is the Shit" T-shirt is from 3+ weeks ago order with Northerner & this very "GetSnus" order via UPS also and I believe I placed it later on the 9th... ended up showing UPS tracking expected delivery - (not even in there system yet) till Monday the 14th. And I live in freakin PA....

(The former GetSnus had my shit to me in 2 days max...) hehe...

But its all c00l I guess as long as there are no other negative surprises lurking.

I just ordered one thing, a SnusX kit, last Saturday, and it says "pending", I used the contact info and emailed them, and asked if I could cancel it and be refunded.

Okay, That sounds like the particular 'klit' you ordered is on backorder. Just my best guess from past eXperiences.
