Snus.com users, ever have this happen?

Placed an order through snus.com which arrived today while i was at work. Was a bit suprised to see a ups note stuck to the door when i got home. Reason is because i chose the fed-ex option for shipping on the order. Double checked my email(just to be sure) for the order recept and yeah it shows the fed-ex option selected for that order.
Also the ups note says there's a 23 dollar C.O.D Charge from the sender. Was'nt expecting that either. Emailed the snus.com site but figure it will be a couple days bf i hear from them, ups was closed for the day so have to wait till tomorrow to see if they know anything.

Anyone else ever get a different carrier than what you selected or a C.O.D charge supposably from the vendor? Been ordering snus for over year from different places and first time i've had this sort of thing occur.

i have ordered from snus.com about five or six times. Aprox half of those i had it sent regular mail without anything unexpected happening.

One time I used UPS and again nothing unexpected.

Then i noticed the fedex option was about as fast and cheaper than UPS so i used it. The first time i selected and paid for fedex but they sent it UPS. It came quicker than i expected without any negative issues.

The last time I selected and paid for fedex again and this was 2-3 weeks ago. This time they shipped it UPS but it took I think eight days to get to me. Also, UPS sent a letter saying I owed 10 or 15 dollars for something but to tell you the truth I did not read it very well and have not read it since. So it may be the cod charge your talking about. I will find the letter tomorrow and read it. In the past UPS has sent me "bills" for like $5 or something but i never took them very seriously. This one did seem different so maybe something has changed. I expected changes with UPS but did not expect them until after that new law has taken effect.

I just placed another order with them and chose to go with Fed-ex. I got confirmation that it had been sent UPS. So far they have been very quick with any problems I have had. How can you beat Offroad Frosted Los for $1.12 a can.

This. ^^^^ Just throw it in the garbage I guess when it comes in the mail. Personally I was a bit paranoid about my credit getting fuct or something so I called UPS agents and cried and got the charge reversed.

Same here, so was a bit suprised to encounter something different at this point.However after contacting ups today, they inform me that the charge is in fact from the sender and i'am to make the check out to them. So now waiting to see what snus.com has to say.
