The error says the order was not placed, please contact customer support. This keeps happening on getsnus and northerner. Has this happened to anyone else?

On a related note, I had a problem with a shortage on a shipment this week. I have sent 2 e-mails through the website regarding this and no response. First e-mail was Tuesday morning. I also noticed that nothing appears to be instock off the website. Are they having problems with the website and does anyone have other contact information? I would like to square this away before d-day and the tobacco act.

MY EXPERIENCE (for anyone contemplating a last-minute order)...
Nothing was in stock (online) but I placed the order anyway ('Instock 1-3 days') ...
The final checkout at 2pm showed all instock except 3 BOs...

This was from www.getnus.com but I can't see why this wouldn't apply to Northerner since they're one and the same...
If you don't like what you see then edit the order accordingly or just delete everything which will cancel the order...

I'd like to make a general statement. I apologize to everyone who have started threads, sent PMs and making posts asking for our input but the fact of the matter is that we are just totally swamped right now and none of us have had much time to spend hanging out at our fav snus community. So, basically, that's my answer to most questions here on SnusOn is - we're busier than we've ever been. With the extra turnover the GetSnus deal brought us, together with making all the final preparations for Pact, we are falling behind on both shipping and customer service. Right now, looks like we're about 1 day behind but we hope to have this resolved early next week.
