    Problems placing an order with Northerner?

    I got a "Fatal Error" message while placing an order at Northerner today so being the dummy that I am, I tried it two other times instead of asking Fred first. Now it shows I have three orders pending. I never got a confirmation email. I am not worried about it getting fixed. Fred has always been a huge help when I have had problems or questions (I keep waiting for him to block my messages). It also involved my 1000 points for Club 100.

    Anyone else have any problems today?

    I call dibs on the back seat of the short bus.

    email thru the contact me page over at norhterner your concern. As long as its not shipped already there won't be a problem. However, if you put in 3 identical orders at the same time I imagine they will be contacting you first to confirm that you didn't make a mistake. So, email them and don't worry bout it. Good luck bud.

      Thanks PP. I sent them one as well in case Fred was too overwhelmed with home stretch before Pact deadline to come to this site. .I kind of figured they would ask me since I only had a little over 1000 points but wanted to catch it as soon as possible.

        I remember reading somewhere on Northerner that a second order within 12 hours will void out the first order, but sending an email can't hurt.
