Really Frustrated with Northerner...

How are you guys even ordering from getsnus? Every time I try to order something I get

"General, Portion - No delivery options available for this product" and it's removed. I've tried this with 8 different brands and nothing.

Also, if that isn't already bad, I can't even look at the store locator on generalsnus because I can't make it passed the broken registration, even though all the data input is valid.

Discovered that they hadn't removed the Mass option yet from their shipping.

Its been 3 weeks and still waiting for my $250 worht of thunder frosted. They wiped my order history so no clue if/when it will be shipped.

I know it's hard to guess how much people were going to buy, but Fredrik has his ear to the ground by being on snuson and should have alerted Northerner that people were planning on stocking up. It's better to store up enough for 1,000 orders and have a little leftover than to only stock enough for 100 sales and then take 1,000 peoplels money even though you don't have the snus (yet still claimed it was in-stock at the time of order).

I'm thinking I have read something about a tax on retailers inventory, so I think you all may be right about that. I'm trying to be patient, ordered a roll of thunder frosted at the beginning of the month and it hasn't arrived yet, and unfortunately I am now snusing only camel frost. Better than smoking I guess.

If I had to guess I would say that our orders will probably start rolling in over the next week, just a guess though. (crosses fingers)

Edit- I am taking back what I said. I just got an e-mail today that my order was cancelled because of pact. Sooo, I have been waiting a flipping month, have not raised a fit at all, and now my order is cancelled? Why? Because northerner refused to eat the additional shipping because they can't keep their snus in stock? If I had a choice I would never shop at northerner again, I am officially pissed.

Been over a week since I made my order now too. So now I should just expect it to be cancelled? Its still sitting in limbo, with "pending" next to it. Can anyone get ahold of any of the Northerner guys on here and find out what is going on here in the states? I though Getsnus was going to be just for the states to be able to get snus???? Now we cant even get it from there?

I dunno man. Supposedly all my shit is listed as "sent" except for the Oden's but it said "Sent" almost 3 weeks ago!

It was supposed to be shipped UPS, but I have no tracking, so I have NO IDEA where it is.

I had one brand on backorder and I told them to switch it. It was sent
and received. I got 20 free cans with bonus points too.

I feel all considered that I have been VERY patient. I have not said much at all about any of this, but just up and cancelling my order is complete bs. At the time I made this order it was in stock, which apparently we can't trust, and then a month later and my order is suddenly cancelled? I have to give a shout out to rj reynolds as bad as that may sound. Camel snus has made it into almost every gas station around, it isn't badly priced and it seems they made an effort with it at least, unlike marlboro. Camel is my life saver right now, now I just need to decide what to do next...OMG to be able to taste thunder frosted long again...Maybe I can still order from buysnus?

Sure, you can still order from them. It's just the $20+ shipping and the chance of customs popping you with brokerage fees. It's a roll of the dice ordering from Sweden, sadly. Last I heard swedishsnus.com was still sending with Swedish Post until the 1st. You shouldn't get hit in customs with it going through USPS.

The problem is that they seem to refuse to ANSWER any emails or pm's...... I emailed snus.com over a week ago, still no reply. Have emailed getsnus a few times - no reply.

Im even thinking of cancelling the order, but Ill probably get no reply, and then theyll deduct the money when Im lest expecting it....
